  "Why should I choose  
  Salon Society?"  

For starters, the Society experience can’t be explained. From the refreshments, the location, the vibe…it’s something you have to immerse yourself in to understand! 

  “Hey, I’m running late…
  what do I do?”  

Please give us a call so we can determine if we are able to still do your service or if we need to reschedule. We try our best to accommodate clients, however, if you are more an 15 minutes late to your appointment we will likely need to reschedule and you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. 

  “What’s your cancellation  
  policy?”  

Cancellation Policy: A credit card will be required to book all services in order to secure your appointment time at Salon Society. Please note: YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE CANCELLATION POLICY RULES. We require 48 hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any fees. If you fail to give 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule or change your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. In the instance that you no call/no show, you will be charged for your service in full. Thank you for respecting the time of our SOCIETY team and clients on our wait list. We can’t wait to see you!!!   “Does Salon Society take  
  walk-ins?”  

We do take walk ins if a stylist is available, however, we highly suggest giving us a call to check for you. (504)381-4865

  “Does your salon have. 
  parking?”  

There is street parking available and we have two parking garages close by.

  “Can I get a consultation before  
  booking an appointment?”  

Of course. We provide complimentary consultations for cut, color, extensions, and styling. We do require in house or virtual consultations for extensions. If you are new to Salon Society and unsure about who you would like to see or what you would like to do—please take advantage of this service. We want you to find your person!

There are many improvements. Below are some of the biggest changes:

 “What happened with DOPElengths?” 

 

We have upgraded! 

DOPELengths has taken a step forward and we would like to reintroduce ourselves as SOCIETY HAIR EXTENSIONS. With rebranding, there are some new & improved content including but not limited to higher quality hair for purchase, installation method, and much bigger things coming in the future. You can now find all of your hair for purchase available at salonsocietynola.com with the ability for clients to create their own profile and purchase hair as well. 

If there is anyone you know wanting to purchase hair but does not currently have access, they are welcome to reach out to Amber Stayer to create a profile. And as an OG DOPELengths stylist, you have access to your 25% off discount code!

 “What about my certifications?” 

 

Certifications that were completed through DOPELengths are still valid. The new method being introduced does require in house training with Jordan. This not only will boost your extension clientele but also improve your timing for your service.

 “How do I login to my account?” 

 

If you have a Salon Society account (dopelengths.com), sign in using that email address. You will need to add your credit card and update all personal information. If you have any issues please contact amber@salonsocietynola.com 

 Hair stylists! join our Stylist program!
