Cancellation Policy
A credit card will be required to book all services in order to secure your appointment time at Salon Society NOLA. We require 48 hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any fees. If you fail to give 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. Please note: YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE CANCELLATION POLICY RULES. Thank you for respecting the time of our team and clients on our wait list. no show Policy
In the instance that you no call/no show, you will be charged for your service in full. To rebook a future service with us you will be required to pay the remaining balance. Thank you for respecting the time of our Salon Society team and clients on our wait list!
Kids Policy
We love your little ones and love to serve them, but we ask that unless they are accompanied by an additional adult, that they are not in the salon space. We choose this out of respect for our guests and stylists, as we want to ensure full focus and a relaxing and luxurious experience. If you need to reschedule because of a conflict, please refer to our cancellation policy. Thank you so much!
